Orders and payment

We accept orders online through our website. Your order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. We accept major credit cards, debit cards and Paypal. All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. We primarily ship via Royal Mail, second class, large letter post. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. We currently ship to the U.K. only. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us with 7 days so we can look into it and assist you.

Returns and refunds

You can return your book within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the book must be unused, unread, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it. The buyer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the book arrived damaged or we sent the incorrect item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your returned book/s, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
